Administrator with Warehouse Duties

The Vacancy
Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team based in Reading.
We are looking for a friendly, well-organised individual with the ability to use own initiative and work well in a busy environment.
Job Objective
To ensure a high standard and compliant administration at all times and assist in the warehouse when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective communication across the business and with customers
- Have an inspirational and caring attitude
- Ensure all phone calls are answered quickly and efficiently
- Ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles
Other areas of responsibilities include:
- Responsible for logging and keying customer orders and tracking stock to completion.
- Assisting with ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations and our in-house system reflects actual locations.
- Assisting with booking in on the system and warehouse deliveries.
- Liaising with fitters, sites, sales and clients
- Identify and use up unallocated stock
