We are looking for our next Customer Liaison Officer, who will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery of improvements to their homes. You will be pivotal in delivering our mission, to create great places to live that our customers are proud to call home.
Building strong relationships with our customers, you will be coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records whilst keeping customers informed and supported throughout the process.
Where needed, you will conduct customer visits to address any queries they may have and collate customer feedback to support our customer satisfaction monitoring.
This is an opportunity to help shape and develop a new role within the organisation while working within a supportive team environment.
About You
With previous experience in a customer-facing, tenant liaison or customer experience role, you will know how to handle customer enquiries and complaints.
You will be comfortable communicating with a range of customers, building positive working relationships and helping to resolve issues when they arise.
You'll be able to organise your workload, manage competing tasks and meet agreed deadlines, with support from your manager where required.
Experience of working with Housing Associations and in Social Housing/Construction is desirable, but not essential.
The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
As this role involves travelling across our communities, you'll need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle or an alternative means of transport that enables you to meet the requirements of the role.
We review applications as they are received and may close the vacancy early, so apply today if you're interested in helping us build stronger, safer communities across North Somerset.
If you are a current colleague, please speak to your manager before applying for this secondment. We do need to seek Head of Area approval.
