Recoveries support manager - 9 month FTC

This is a Fixed Term, full time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

A new opportunity has arisen for a recoveries support manager to join our motor recoveries group on a temporary maternity cover basis in our Leeds city centre office. The successful applicants will assist with all aspects of the overall performance of the division and report into the group leader and deputy group leader.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Marketing, networking, and communication with all relevant parties and seek to increase the recoveries profile
  • Provide training for employees and insurer clients, including cross-division programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and internal policies.
  • Provide support on all aspects of recruitment and comply with all HR policies.
  • Review and monitoring of Group SLAs and KPIs
  • Manage employee performance using all tools available
  • Lead the M1 and M2 team to improve co-ordination and reduce duplication 
  • Project management of both recoveries and cross-division projects
  • Production of MI with relevant commentary regarding performance and trends
  • Any other duties as required.

 

Skills/Competencies required:

Essential:

ULR/ recoveries claim management experience

Excellent knowledge of the recoveries content within Filestream

Management experience

 

Desirable:

Authorised to conduct litigation or working towards being qualified to do so.

Drive and ambition to help the management team lead the department forward.

Experience in delivering training

 

Hours of work will need to be flexible so to support the management of the department and between 8am and 6pm. Ideally, we need the successful candidate to work at least 2 x 10-6 shifts per week and 9-5 shifts the remainder of the week but we can discuss alternative shift patterns at interview. 

Office attendance will be required for face-to-face client insurer meetings and/or travelling to location for meetings as required under job role. This will be required in addition to the agreed time in the office per week. We operate an agile working model, and the successful candidate will work from our office 2 days per week and will work from home the other 3 days of the week.
