Join us for our open day event at Brocastle Manor care home on Wednesday 21st October!
Have you ever wondered what it's like to work in care? Whether you're considering a career change, returning to work, or simply curious about the opportunities available, our open day is the perfect chance to find out more before deciding whether to apply.
Come along to meet our friendly team, explore our home, and discover what it's like to be part of a rewarding career where you can make a real difference every day.
On the day, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Take a guided tour of Brocastle Manor care home.
- Meet our colleagues and see them in action.
- Join an informal "Ask Our Team Anything" session to learn more about working in care.
- Find out about our current vacancies, including Care Assistant roles and Registered Nurse roles.
- Speak to our recruitment team about the application process, shifts and hours available.
- If you're ready to take the next step, you can even interview on the day!
Sessions will be allocated times: 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm.

There's no need to bring anything with you. We'll provide a warm, welcoming, and relaxed environment where you can ask questions, learn more about the roles, and see if a career in care is right for you.

About the home
Brocastle Manor Care Home in Bridgend is a large 80 bed care home providing superior care and support within a warm and welcoming environment. At Brocastle, residents in need of residential and EMI care are supported to live as independently as possible in a safe environment with staff and management providing high standards of care.
