The Vacancy
Salary: NJC Grade F: £36,581 - £40,444 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 29.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
The Harbour Schools Partnership are seeking a People Partner to join the team. The postholder will ensure effective execution of the People Strategy, People policies and guidelines, providing advisory support to Headteachers and line managers whilst also being involved in project work, performance improvement and key People processes.

Main duties and responsibilities include:
People Project work that contribute to an effective People service, including leading on wellbeing initiatives, such as the promotion of the Mindful Employer Charter
Collaborative working through building strong relationships with Harbour Support Services colleagues and the wider school communities
Organisational design, policies, and processes
Providing sound advice and support
