What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver planned investment, improvement and decarbonisation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, compliance and value for money.

  • Procure, manage and monitor contractors and consultants, ensuring performance targets, quality standards and project deadlines are achieved.

  • Undertake surveys, prepare specifications, tender documentation and contract information to support effective project delivery.

  • Monitor project budgets, expenditure and contractor valuations, ensuring financial control and accurate forecasting throughout project lifecycles.

  • Work closely with tenants and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and ensuring customer feedback, enquiries and complaints are managed effectively.

You can find the full job description attached for a more detailed overview of the role.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with excellent communication and project management skills.

  • HNC/HND or Degree qualification in a relevant subject.

  • Experience of surveying, project delivery, contract management and preparing specifications and tender documentation.

  • Knowledge of industry legislation including CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and property compliance requirements.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues.

It would be advantageous if you hold, or are working towards, professional qualifications such as RICS membership, Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Coordinator or Domestic Energy Assessor accreditation.
