Registered Manager

We're looking for a Registered Manager to lead and develop our residential services, ensuring exceptional person-centred support, regulatory excellence, and positive outcomes for the people we support. In this rewarding leadership role, you'll inspire teams, drive service improvement, and champion inclusion, independence, and active citizenship. 

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Hold CQC registration for up to two residential services and maintain a minimum 'Good' rating.

✅ Lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver outstanding, personalised support.

✅ Drive a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

✅ Use data and insight to monitor performance, manage risk, and enhance service delivery.

✅ Ensure services operate safely, effectively, and within budget.

✅ Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, professionals, and community partners.

✅ Coach and develop colleagues through effective leadership, mentoring, and learning conversations.

✅ Champion digital innovation and modern approaches to care and support.

✅ Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements are fully met. 

About You

We're looking for someone who can combine compassionate leadership with strong operational expertise.

You'll ideally have:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to achieve this within 18 months.
  • Previous experience managing residential or supported living services.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and adult social care legislation.
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
  • Strong financial and operational management experience.
  • Confidence using digital systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
