Retail Driver – 37.5 hours

Starting salary £24,825 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated driver to join our retail team. You will play a vital role in supporting our retail shops, by collecting and distributing donations across Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and Hertfordshire. This role is physically demanding and requires frequent manual handling, including regular lifting and moving of heavy items. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a high standard of customer service
  • Collect and distribute donations to non furniture shops
  • Assess and collect furniture from private addresses, including some heavy lifting
  • Support the overall logistics of the retail fleet and Distribution Centre
  • Represent Keech Hospice positively to the public

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience driving long and medium wheel base vans
  • Experience dealing with the public
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Clear and positive communicator
  • Over 21 years old
  • Strong teamwork skills
