(Travel required across the East Midlands). 

Hours: 35 hours per week between the hours of 8am – 6pm

Salary: £28,166 – £31,295 per annum (RFJ 5)

Contract: Permanent

The role:

We’re looking for motivated and customer focused Income Officer to join our Income Management team.

As an Income Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting customers to sustain their tenancies while maximising rental income. You’ll balance delivering firm but fair income recovery with providing practical support and advice to customers experiencing financial difficulties.

This is a varied role that combines problem solving, customer engagement, partnership working, and when necessary legal enforcement, all delivered in line with emh policies and values.

The successful candidates will be trained and supported to learn everything needed, to become excellent Income Officers.

Qualifications

Educated to GCSE level 4 – 9 (C or above) standard, or equivalent, in English and Maths.
