The Vacancy
We’re VIVID! – We offer a vibrant, friendly, inclusive culture that supports, develops and attracts the best people!
We’re looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our FRA team team in Basingstoke! Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, this is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity, working 37 hours a week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration within the team and other colleagues across the business.
Want to know what we can offer you?
Here’s the facts about the role:
We're looking for an organised and proactive Compliance Coordinator to join our Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) team. In this important role, you'll support the delivery of our statutory and regulatory responsibilities, helping to manage compliance programmes, coordinate inspections and remedial works, maintain accurate records and compliance data, and work closely with customers, contractors and colleagues to deliver an excellent service. You'll play a key role in ensuring our homes remain safe while supporting continuous improvement across our compliance activities.
As an FRA Compliance Coordinator, you'll monitor compliance systems and databases, manage documentation and certification, raise purchase orders and process invoices, and help ensure all compliance activities are completed on time and in line with legislation, H&S requirements, and best practice. You'll be a trusted point of contact, providing excellent customer service, supporting customer enquiries, and helping the team make informed decisions through accurate and reliable data.
We're looking for someone with experience of working with systems, spreadsheets and data management, ideally within a compliance, property, housing or asset management environment. You'll have strong Microsoft Excel & Word skills, strong contract administration skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You’ll also have a keen eye for detail with a commitment to data accuracy. Knowledge of asset management systems, FRA, and H&S practices would be advantageous, but its not essential. Most importantly, you'll be self-motivated, customer-focused and able to take ownership of your work, building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while thriving in a busy environment.
As this role involves occasional travel between our offices and sites, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is a requirement. Business mileage will be paid on the occasions you are travelling outside of your usual commute.
Interviews are due to take place 14 September (subject to change).
