The Vacancy
We’re growing our DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Assessor team and looking for someone who wants to help others feel better and work more comfortably.
🛠️ What you’ll do:
Help individuals improve their workstation setup by completing face to face or remote DSE Assessments, providing practical and effective ergonomic solutions.
Deliver expert recommendations: Create clear and concise written reports outlining recommended ergonomic products and strategies.
Build and maintain client relationships: Act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Identify new business opportunities: Use your keen eye to identify opportunities for Posturite's various divisions and collaborate with our sales teams.
Support product installations: Assist with setting up and configuring ergonomic equipment, including chairs, desks, and other related products.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs): Consistently achieve agreed-upon goals for assessments, report turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.
