Hourly rate: £12.75-£13.25
Shift pattern (if applicable): Monday to Sunday, Fully Flexible, Days/Evening and Nights, 3 out of the 7 days required

This is a Temporary role as of now for 6+ months

Multi role - Arcade, Kwik Tan, SSBT 

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

So, just what would you be doing if your application was successful?

Our Customer Service Assistant/Supervisor roles are designed to provide additional responsibilities and duties when needed. With the introduction of sports betting, you will have the opportunity to become part of this exciting new operation alongside our established gaming business.

You could be opening or closing a venue or access point, as well as supervising staff on shift in the absence of management or a supervisor.

Although all of our roles have cash-handling elements to them, you may also be required to carry and distribute change from the master float to staff members.

By delivering excellent customer service, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of our venue. You could be:

• Providing an excellent customer experience across both our gaming and new sports betting offering.
• Supporting customers with our sports betting facilities and services.
• Promoting our excellent offers, promotions and events.
• Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers.
• Handling cash and providing customers with change.
• Supporting the smooth running of the venue and helping create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers.
• Carrying out ID checks, as we operate a Challenge 25 policy across all our venues.
• Following strict gambling legislation and our responsible gambling procedures.

If you have previous experience working for a bookmaker or in a betting shop, this is a particularly exciting opportunity to bring your experience to Admiral and help us build our new sports betting operation from the ground up.

Who are we looking for?

Firstly, as a company in the gambling industry, we need all staff and applicants to be over the age of 18.

We are looking for candidates who can deliver great customer service with a smile, serving customers with pride and integrity.

Experience within a bookmaker, betting shop or sports betting environment would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. We are equally interested in people who have the right attitude, personality and passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and want to be part of this exciting new chapter for Admiral.

As with any business, timekeeping is essential, so we would expect you to be on time, presentable and ready to be a great brand ambassador.

As a seven-day-a-week business, we do require flexibility to meet the needs of the business across our roles.
