What you’ll learn and how we’ll support you :

If you use your own vehicle for work, you’ll need appropriate insurance (for example business use).
If you don’t hold a licence or don’t have access to a vehicle, we’d still encourage you to apply. We’re happy to have a conversation with you about how you could still meet the travel requirements of the role.

Colleague stories
"Hafod has given me the opportunity to grow and learn while working across different teams. I started as an apprentice and have progressed to a manager role, which has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I work with a wide range of customers, all with different needs, and Hafod empowers me to make sure both our customers’ voices and my own are heard in the decisions we make."
"I joined Hafod as a graduate and quickly gained hands-on experience across a range of projects, from asset management to data and decarbonisation. With support from colleagues and managers, I’ve built my skills, gained qualifications and progressed into my current role as a Project Surveyor. I was also proud to win the CIH Young Achiever in Housing award in 2025. What stands out is the variety, the opportunities to grow and the chance to make a real difference, helping create warmer, greener and more affordable homes. If you’re starting your career, Hafod is a great place to learn, develop and take your next step."
