Fixed term maternity cover 

Do you thrive on keeping busy teams organised and events running like clockwork? We're looking for a proactive Youth, School & Regional Pathway Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, supporting our Rugby Development teams to deliver our strategy on the ground.

What you will be doing:  

  • Coordinating national pathway events and youth/school competitions, from venue bookings and kit distribution to consent forms and compliance tracking

  • Providing admin and logistical support across national development projects, including the Youth Panel and ad hoc departmental enquiries

  • Managing venue bookings, travel arrangements, and purchase orders for events and activities across your designated area

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clubs, schools, and local stakeholders, including managing area-specific communications and social media

What we’re looking for:  

  • Proven experience planning and organising events, meetings, and resources across multiple stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills with a track record of working well with colleagues and volunteers, and confidence handling public enquiries

  • Solid IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare and report on statistical data

  • A proactive, independent problem-solver who can juggle competing priorities
