About the Role
As a Senior Community Housing Officer, you will lead a team of Community Housing Officers and support the delivery of high-quality tenancy management, empty homes, customer service, and community safety services. Working closely with the Operational Manager, you will help drive service improvements while ensuring tenants receive proactive support to sustain their tenancies.
