The role

To provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Stakeholder & Learner Engagement Team, assisting with learner engagement, stakeholder relationships, recruitment activities, learner onboarding and programme administration.

The apprentice will work across a range of funded learning programmes, supporting coordinators and managers to ensure learners, employers and stakeholders receive an excellent customer experience throughout their journey with The Learning Foundry. Through structured learning and on-the-job training, the apprentice will develop skills in administration, customer service, stakeholder engagement, learner recruitment, CRM management and compliance within the skills and employability sector.

 

The right fit

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar field / role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concerns, and
  • complex/contentious issues in a diplomatic manner.
  • Proven ability to analyse problems and to develop and successfully implement
  • practical and workable solutions to address them.
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities, work under pressure, work to tight deadlines
  • and be flexible.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels across the Company and with
  • external stakeholders and committed to teamwork.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management.
  • The ability to work without any supervision, meeting deadlines and KPI targets.
  • The post holder will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
