We're looking for an organised and reliable administrator to join our New Homes Programme team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, processes and people, and is ready to build on their existing administrative experience in a varied and rewarding role.

Flexible Working

This role is advertised at 37 hours per week, but we're happy to discuss flexible and part-time working arrangements (minimum 22 hours per week), including flexibility around caring responsibilities.

We also welcome applications from current colleagues who are looking for a new challenge or development opportunity.

About You

You may already be working in an administrative role and looking to take the next step in your career or you may be an experienced administrator looking to develop your career, a data-focused coordinator who enjoys organisation, or someone with experience supporting development, construction, housing, or project teams.

You'll have:

  • Experience of providing high-quality administrative support.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • The ability to maintain accurate records, data and documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks and deadlines.
  • A professional approach to handling confidential information and data.

Training and support will be provided to help you learn our systems and processes, and we are open to developing the knowledge and responsibilities around the successful candidates’ strengths and experiences.

If you're excited by the opportunity but don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. We're looking for potential as much as experience.
