Our Recoveries team is one of the largest in the UK, with over 95 fee earners, and is Tier 1 ranked by The Legal 500 for Debt Recovery in the East Midlands. • Handling personal insolvency matters including possession and sale applications, annulments and statutory demand disputes
  • Managing corporate insolvency matters such as director claims, winding-up petitions, validation orders and antecedent transactions
  • Providing insolvency litigation support to in-house insolvency practitioners and other teams
  • Advising on non-contentious matters including administration applications, phoenix company advice and pre-pack transactions
  • Drafting clear and accurate legal documentation, including applications, pleadings and correspondence
  • Delivering practical and commercial advice to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contributing to team targets and wider business development activity
