The vacancy
Mayflower have an exciting opportunity to join a small, highly skilled team at the heart of bringing performances to life across our theatres. As a Junior Database Administrator, you will play a key role in setting up and maintaining the systems that support our productions and audiences.
We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys understanding how things work, and likes finding smarter, more effective ways of doing things. This role will suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, asking questions and learning new skills.
Although we’re not looking for previous experience in a database team, the successful candidate will show clear evidence of understanding in the areas of SQL programming or data analysis, whether via study, self-guided learning or from an earlier position. What matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn and interest in technology and systems. We'll provide the training and support you need to build your skills and develop your career.
