We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Asset Delivery Planned Works Supervisor to join our Asset Delivery team on a fixed term basis! Based out of our Portsmouth office, this is a 14-month fixed term contract, working 37 hours per week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.
What great benefits can we offer you?
Here’s the facts about the role:
As Lead Asset Delivery Planned Works Supervisor you’ll be overseeing the successful delivery of projects within our planned programmes team, ensuring that objectives are achieved in line with our financial forecasts. Your support and leadership will drive performance through effective contract management, stakeholder engagement, and health & safety compliance -including CDM regulations. You’ll also play a crucial role in financial oversight, risk management, procurement, and customer satisfaction, while being the first point of escalation for planned works queries that may arise.
We’re seeking someone with strong project management knowledge and experience, including substantial experience working in a planned works or project delivery environment. You’ll have experience managing contractors and working closely with stakeholders, and will have a good understanding of the social housing sector. You’ll have a demonstrable people focus and will have excellent communication skills which can be adapted to meet the needs of the audience. While not essential, ideally, you’ll also have knowledge/experience in a housing or construction related management role and may find project management qualifications beneficial.
