About Dext (Part of the IRIS Software Group)
Dext is the world-leader in bookkeeping automation, using data, technology and applied AI to make accountants, bookkeepers and businesses more productive and efficient. Dext is used by accountants, bookkeepers, and finance leaders, along with business owners, directors, and office or operations managers, to capture receipts, automate data entry, and streamline bookkeeping. Over 700,000 businesses and 12,000 accounting and bookkeeping firms worldwide rely on Dext to eliminate manual admin and free up time for higher-value, advisory work.
For over a decade, Dext has pioneered the digitalisation of bookkeeping, liberating businesses to focus on what matters to them. With simplicity and innovation at the core of everything we build, we enable our customers to make better, faster decisions with confidence in their numbers.
Dext is part of IRIS Software Group, one of the UK's leading privately held software companies, giving you the scale, structure and career opportunities of a major group alongside the pace and focus of a specialist product business.
We're proud to be an officially certified Great Place to Work and one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women, reflecting our commitment to wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, trust, and reward.
Why This Role Matters

This is a rare opportunity for a tax professional stepping into their first standalone management role, offering both broad autonomy and the mentorship of the IRIS Group Head of Tax. Around a fifth of your time will also connect you to Group-level tax strategy, giving you visibility well beyond a typical in-house role.
