This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of complex organisational programmes that support Sulis Hospital Bath's strategic objectives for clinical service growth, operational transformation, pathway redesign and NHS partnership development.

The post holder will provide professional programme and project leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives, translating strategic priorities into deliverable plans and ensuring successful implementation through effective governance, stakeholder engagement, resource management and benefits realisation.

Working across clinical, operational, commercial and corporate functions, the post holder will operate with a high degree of autonomy to manage programme risks, resolve complex delivery challenges and drive transformational change across the organisation.

If you have significant proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within healthcare environments. Have experience working directly with Executive teams, senior clinicians and external healthcare partners, with the ability to influence decisions at senior organisational level. Advanced programme management skills across multiple concurrent projects. PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP Practitioner, AgilePM Practitioner or equivalent. Then we would like to hear from you.
