We’re recruiting a Systems Transformation Manager in Swansea (hybrid working) to lead the delivery of innovative, cloud-based system improvements across the organisation. This Systems Transformation Manager role is ideal for a proactive project leader with strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and technical delivery experience. You’ll drive end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring systems are efficient, future-ready, and deliver real value.

  • Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday, Permanent
  • Pay: £38,700
  • Location: Swansea, Hybrid
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required

About the role

As a Systems Transformation Manager, you will lead major system transformation projects from design through to implementation. The Systems Transformation Manager will:

  • Deliver modern, cloud-based system solutions aligned to organisational goals
  • Manage full project lifecycle including scope, procurement, budgets, and risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Engage with tenants and users, providing updates, training, and support
  • Oversee integration with existing systems and ensure minimal disruption
  • Monitor performance, quality, and compliance, including health & safety standards

This Systems Transformation Manager role offers the opportunity to make a real impact through digital transformation and improved services.

About you

To succeed as a Systems Transformation Manager, you’ll bring:

  • Project management experience in IT, systems, or transformation delivery with a practical understanding of systems, data quality, process improvement and service design.
  • Strong budgeting, cost control, and contractor management skills
  • Experience preparing specifications, tenders, and managing procurement
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • A collaborative and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

We welcome previous experience working as:
Project Manager, IT Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Digital Transformation Lead, Change Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Programme Manager.
