The role
We currently have a vacancy for an Employability Developmental Coach to join our team based in our Fleetwood campus. Our Development coaches plan, prepare and teach a range of knowledge and skills to support learners progress into a range of industries including Business Admin, dental, construction, childcare.
In addition, our Coaches support learners throughout their learning journey with employability skills, which include English, Maths, Digital and personal development. You will deliver engaging and inspiring training and employment programmes to learners aged between 16 and 24, which support young people to achieve their full potential.
You will support your learners to achieve their goals and qualifications, advising and guiding them through their programme and supporting them into employment, apprenticeships, and/or Further Education opportunities, supported by business development teams. The programmes you deliver will be well designed and structured, with the ability to respond to individual learner requirements.
