Due to the continued growth and success of BYD and increasing customer demand across Norfolk, Busseys is expanding its sales team and is looking to fill a brand-new Sales Executive position at our Fakenham dealership.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional to join one of the world's leading electric vehicle manufacturers and one of the UK's fastest-growing automotive brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a BYD Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximising sales opportunities across our growing customer base.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Create outstanding experiences for our customers from first contact through to vehicle delivery
  • Build expert knowledge of the BYD product range, EV technology and connected services
  • Handle new and used vehicle enquiries professionally and proactively
  • Follow and maximise all sales opportunities, converting leads into appointments and sales
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Present finance, accessories, service plans and additional products in a compliant and customer-focused manner
  • Work closely with colleagues across the dealership to deliver a seamless customer journey
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and the fast-moving EV market

What We’re Looking For

This opportunity is ideally suited to a motivated and successful automotive sales professional looking to join a growing franchise and play a key role in its future development.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Previous motor trade experience (essential)
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • A professional, organised and self-motivated approach
  • Enthusiasm for automotive technology and the future of electric vehicles
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales platforms
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A full UK driving licence

At Busseys we celebrated our 100 years back in 2023, but this business is all about looking forward. Of course, we remain the Premier Ford outlet in East Anglia and our Ford Dealership in Norwich typifies the Adventurous Spirit of this exciting franchise.
