About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive People Team Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract starting Monday 3rd August 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while bringing a creative touch to their work.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the People Team, and on occasions the wider directorate, across a range of administrative and recruitment activities, helping to deliver a seamless employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing efficient administrative support to the People Team, and monitoring and maintaining systems such as the employee database, purchase order and specialist data bases
Coordinating recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication, helping to create engaging recruitment content, including videos
Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
Assisting with internal communications and People initiatives
Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment
Supporting meetings by taking minutes
Booking training and liaising with training providers
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail
A strong multitasker, able to prioritise workload effectively
Creative, with a flair for developing engaging content
Experience in Canva would be an advantage
Confident using systems and Microsoft Office tools
A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
Passionate about delivering a positive employee experience
Previous experience in a HR or administrative role
