This is a Fixed Term, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We have an exciting role on offer within our Community Learning service as a Employability Officer.

To provide high-quality, tailored employability support to residents of Middlesbrough through a range of employment programmes, including Work Well, Connect to Work and Youth Trailblazer.

The role will deliver impartial careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) within the Employment Hub, supporting individuals to access, sustain and progress in employment, training or education.

Working collaboratively with employers, training providers, support services and key stakeholders, the postholder will deliver a holistic, person-centred approach that responds to individual needs, removes barriers to progression, and promotes inclusive employment, including the identification and implementation of reasonable adjustments where required.

Please note, this is a fixed term vacancy until 31st July 2027.
