This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience delivering real projects, working directly with customers, and building in-demand skills in software, data, and project management.

You don’t need prior experience in software implementation—we’ll teach you everything. What matters is your organisation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing

As an Implementation Associate, you’ll support the onboarding of new customers onto our payroll software, helping them get up and running successfully.

  • Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the process
  • Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines
  • Setting up systems, transferring client data, and ensuring everything is accurate
  • Testing solutions and validating data to make sure it matches client requirements
  • Joining customer calls, including scoping sessions, training, and software demos
  • Creating clear documentation and supporting handovers to operational teams
  • Learning and applying payroll processes and legislation (full training provided)

What you’ll gain

This role is designed to give you real career-building experience from day one:

  • Practical project management experience (using tools like Asana)
  • Exposure to customer-facing work and stakeholder communication
  • Hands-on experience with data handling, systems, and software
  • A strong foundation in SaaS and implementation projects
  • Training in payroll, legislation, and system setup

What we’re looking for

  • A recent graduate or someone early in their career
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Confident communicator, with a willingness to speak to customers
  • A keen eye for detail, especially when working with data
  • Interest in technology, systems, or how software works behind the scenes
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills

Application process:

  • Short introductory call with recruiter to answer any questions and learn more about yourself
  • 15 minute online assessment
