It is an exciting time to join Redmayne Bentley as we continue to strengthen our technology and operational capabilities in support of the firm’s long-term strategy.

We are looking to appoint an IT Service Delivery Lead to take ownership of the firm’s day-to-day IT service performance, ensuring services are stable, well-managed and aligned to business needs.

Working closely with the IT Services and Information Security Manager and Director of IT, the role will play a key part in overseeing service delivery, managing key supplier relationships, and coordinating the response to incidents that may impact the business.

This is a visible role within the IT function, offering the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of service delivery across a regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of IT service delivery, with a particular focus on service quality, performance and continuous improvement.

This will include:

  • Leading the management of incidents, including ownership of major incidents and ensuring clear communication and resolution.
  • Overseeing third-party service providers, ensuring delivery against agreed standards and expectations.
  • Monitoring service performance and producing clear, structured reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting core service management processes, including change and problem management, in line with established frameworks.

The role will also work closely with colleagues across IT, including governance and security, to ensure services effectively support business operations and resilience.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in IT service delivery, ideally gained within a structured or regulated environment.

You will have:

  • Experience of managing IT services and working with third-party providers.
  • A good understanding of IT service management frameworks such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  • Experience of incident management and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders.
  • The ability to produce clear and meaningful reporting to support decision-making.

Alongside this, you will demonstrate:

  • A structured and organised approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Sound judgement and a calm, measured approach, particularly in time-critical situations.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships across the organisation

As with all roles at Redmayne Bentley, you will be expected to demonstrate our core values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Responsibility and Teamwork.

What Does the Future Look Like?

This role offers significant scope to influence how IT services are delivered across the firm.

As you become established, you will play a key part in shaping our service management framework, improving supplier performance, and enhancing the overall user experience of IT across the business.

We support ongoing professional development and offer opportunities to grow experience within IT service management and the wider IT function.
