About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support the continued growth of our Power & Energy portfolio, specifically within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector across the UK.
This is a key operational leadership role focused on delivering civil and building projects associated with substation infrastructure (both Distribution and Transmission), alongside supporting ongoing network expansion programmes.
You will play a critical role in developing and strengthening relationships with key clients including SSE, SPEN, NGET, NGED, and other UK distribution network operators, while helping drive our strategic growth across a national portfolio.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will act as the operational lead for Power T&D projects, taking responsibility for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of multiple contracts.
Working closely with an experienced civil estimator and wider pre-construction team, you will contribute to pre-contract activities, including PQQs and tender enquiries, while shaping a scalable operational delivery model across the business.
You will ensure all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
