We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Decarbonisation Manager to lead our ambition to deliver a low‑carbon future. As our Decarbonisation Manager, you will drive innovative projects that reduce emissions across our housing portfolio while improving sustainability for our communities.

Hours: Permanent, 35 hours, Monday to Friday,
Location: Swansea - Hybrid
Full UK driving license required

About the role
As our Decarbonisation Manager, you will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of decarbonisation projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
The Decarbonisation Manager will also support the organisation’s transition to low‑carbon operations, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners; and demonstrate our core values of kindness, trust, innovation and accountability in everything you do.
About you
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Decarbonisation Manager with strong experience in sustainability, energy efficiency or the built environment.
You will bring:
As a Decarbonisation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal part in how we shape and deliver sustainable change.
We welcome previous experience working as:
Project Manager, Energy Manager, Sustainability Manager, Retrofit Co‑ordinator, Asset Manager, Engineering Manager, Construction Project Manager — or any similar roles with transferable skills.
