The role

Ecogee has been a trusted leader in energy efficiency for over 12 years. We are now looking for an ambitious, forward‑thinking Operations Director to help shape our next phase of growth. As a respected renewables specialist in the North West, we work with long‑term partners to deliver energy improvements that make a meaningful difference to communities.

Social value sits at the heart of our mission. Our ESG strategy is built around genuine community impact, from charitable partnerships to local projects that improve lives. This is your chance to join a purpose‑driven organisation at a pivotal moment, leading talented teams and driving sustainable growth across the region.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, including our Managing Director and Construction, Commercial, and Health & Safety Directors. With great opportunities ahead, we want a motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic leader to help Ecogee reach new heights and deliver even more for our customers across the North West.

The right fit

We’re looking for a confident, knowledgeable and values‑driven leader who can bring both operational rigour and strategic vision.

  • Industry expertise in energy efficiency, including a strong understanding of funding streams, compliance requirements and the delivery of retrofit and renewable works.
  • Proven experience at Director level, leading high‑performing teams and embedding operational excellence, customer focus and strong financial performance.
  • Growth mindset, ideally with recent experience of business expansion or diversification within the energy or renewables sector as our focus over the next 12 months will be to continue Ecogee’s growth.

If you thrive in a fast‑moving environment, enjoy solving complex challenges and want to make a tangible difference, you’ll feel right at home here.
