Support Worker – 10 Church Lane
Hours –
1x 35 hours position
Salary – £12.94 per hour
Location – Based at Calow, Chesterfield

Want to enable people with learning disabilities to enjoy the things that they love? In supported living we have a gentleman that lives in the Calow area of Chesterfield in a single occupancy bungalow. We are looking for someone friendly that can help support the way to live life that is fun and person centred.

 

We are looking for someone who has the following qualities: 

  • Encouraging and friendly
  • Patient
  • Committed, reliable and a team player
  • Has a sense of humour, is fun and will have a laugh with me
  • Is able to follow individual plans and support structured routines
  • Skilled in alternative communication and is able to recognise it and use it
  • Able to provide support to make activities engaging

It is essential that you are able to work weekends and bank holidays, and to have a full UK driver's license.
