This is a Temporary, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We have an exciting opportunity within Demelza’s service development department to cover the role of referral and pathway coordinator for a period of up to 12 months.

The service development department sits within clinical services and works closely alongside the family support and nursing & care teams to proactively ensure Demelza’s services meet the evolving needs of the children and families that we support.

As referral and pathway coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for new families and professionals wanting to know more about Demelza’s services so must be able to confidently communicate in a professional and sensitive manner. With strong administrative skills, you will be instrumental in the smooth running of the referral process from initial enquiry and receipt of referral, through referral panel to decision and advising the family and referrer of the outcome.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to work within a friendly and supportive team and play an active role in supporting Demelza’s wider clinical services teams.

This is a part time temporary role of up to 12 months working 24 hours per week. (Flexible working hours will be considered).
