The Vacancy
We are looking for a confident, compassionate, and motivated Occupational Health Nurse to join our expanding Occupational Health team. This is a varied and rewarding role offering a blend of clinic‑based work and visiting client sites across the region.
Location: Essex (Hadleigh), Dartford and Lewisham
Monday - Friday x40 Hours per week
The Role
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering professional, evidence‑based occupational health services while building strong and trusted relationships with our clients.
You will be involved in a wide range of occupational health activities, including:
You will work across clinic locations and client sites within Essex, Dartford, Lewisham and surrounding areas, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality clinical care in line with evidence‑based practice
Undertake IMS and vaccination programmes safely and confidently
Carry out phlebotomy and Fit for Work medical assessments
Attend multiple client sites as required
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Report and manage incidents, near misses, and complaints in line with policy
Participate in audits and contribute to continuous service improvement
Engage positively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team
Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
