Office Administrator – Vehicle Preparation Department

Whiffler Road, Norwich

We’re now looking for an Office Administrator to join our Vehicle Preparation Department at Whiffler Road, supporting the smooth delivery of every vehicle that leaves our site.

As part of a friendly, hard‑working team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each vehicle is prepared to the highest standard and ready for our customers on time. Your work will directly support the exceptional service Busseys is known for.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating accurate workflows in our internal systems for each vehicle
  • Reviewing tasks and timelines to ensure they are achievable and aligned with daily priorities
  • Updating progress records to keep information clear, consistent and up to date
  • Working closely with team leaders to support all aspects of the vehicle preparation process
  • Completing daily invoicing for all finished vehicles
  • Providing wider office support across a variety of administrative tasks

You’ll thrive in this role if you are enthusiastic, organised and proactive, with a real eye for detail. Strong communication skills and confidence using computer systems are essential, as these underpin the efficiency and customer focus we pride ourselves on.
