About the Role:

This is a front-line leadership role where you’ll take ownership of daily service delivery across key customer accounts.

You’ll lead a small team, stay close to the operation, and work cross-functionally to ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and to a high standard. Just as importantly, you’ll look for ways to improve how things are done, not just maintain the status quo.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take ownership of daily service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
  • Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, resolving them quickly and effectively
  • Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver strong, consistent performance
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider teams to keep workflows efficient and accurate
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and overall site performance
  • Support customer reviews, manage queries and maintain strong client relationships

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in service delivery, operations or logistics environments
  • Confidence leading people in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and performance management
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Clear and effective communication with both colleagues and customers
  • A track record of improving processes or driving efficiencies (even small wins count)
  • A supportive leadership style that gets the best out of people
