The Vacancy
Designer Contracts is the UK’s largest flooring contractor operating across 13 regional facilities. As well as floor covering, the company provides curtains and blinds, furniture and lighting.
We have been supplying and installing across the nation since 1992 and now employ over 300 staff members with an annual turnover in excess of £40 million. Our valued staff are our key asset.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to progress their career and join the Management team as an Area Manager at our regional office in Chesterfield.
Salary – Anticipated earnings £50k to £55k with no cap on commission. Plus Audi
Type – Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising turnover, profitability and scalable growth of the region.

• Monitoring and managing all team members to maximise performance
• Ensuring effective communication with both internal and external customers
• Ensuring the business gives excellent Customer Service
• Coaching, developing and motivating your team
• Ensuring a sustainable, secure and growing business
• Ensuring compliance with all processes within the business
