As an HR Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning data into insight that shapes strategic decision‑making across our HR function. Alongside your core analytics work, you’ll be at the forefront of our AI journey - spotting opportunities to automate, embedding innovative solutions, and helping build a truly future‑ready HR capability. What will your day look like?

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from multiple sources (Oracle, Thrive - LMS, Networx - ATS).
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.

 

AI & Automation Support

  • Partner with the stakeholders to evaluate use cases for AI tools and technologies for HR processes.
  • Assist in designing and testing AI-driven solutions, such as:
  • Predictive analytics for attrition and workforce planning.
  • Supporting automation of repetitive HR tasks (e.g., reference letters, onboarding workflows).
  • Supporting delivery of chatbots or virtual assistants for employee queries.
  • Help monitor and report on the impact of AI initiatives, including efficiency gains and employee experience improvements.

 

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain secure HR data systems.

 

Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver insights.
  • Present findings through clear visualisations and concise reports.

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems (Oracle, Networx).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI).

 

Desirable

  • Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge or experience in AI and/or automation technologies.
  • Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI governance frameworks.

 

Education & Experience

  • Degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven post-graduate experience in HR analytics or other data-focused role.
