The Vacancy
At Paradigm, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re currently seeking an exceptional Senior Co-ordinator to join our Compliance Works & Repairs team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity/parental leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support a dedicated team of Compliance Co-ordinators, helping to deliver an outstanding repairs experience for our customers.
If you’re passionate about customer service, highly organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Your energy, leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement will be key to supporting your team, manager, and stakeholders in achieving great outcomes.
The Role:
As Senior Co-ordinator, you’ll support the Team Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of the team. This includes providing feedback, training, and input into annual appraisals. You’ll help drive performance through coaching, auditing, and overseeing multiple work streams, schedules, and contractor jobs.
You’ll play a pivotal role in managing the scheduling function, ensuring repairs are booked efficiently and in line with Paradigm’s tenant deal and corporate standards. You’ll also help reduce works in progress and ensure the team delivers a responsive and effective service to our customers. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with front-line customer services and technicians to promote our values of #drivingimprovement and #workingasone.
This is a fast-paced role that requires resilience, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality.
You will need to have:
Proven ability to lead, plan resources, set targets, and monitor performance
Strong understanding of repairs scheduling and service delivery
Commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to identify and improve poor staff performance
Analytical skills with experience in data reporting
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively under pressure
