This is a {Advertised Permanent / Temporary}, {Advertised Full Time / Part Time} vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Salary: NJC Grade C: £24,790 - £25,584 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: These are two fixed term positions working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year 

We are looking for two exceptional candidates who:

  • Are reliable, enthusiastic, and a good communicator
  • Can demonstrate they have the relevant skills, training, and experience to make a positive difference
  • Can work collaboratively with staff in the whole curriculum planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources
  • Have experience of working with children with special educational needs, including social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Can inspire and motivate children and enable them to be the best that they can be
  • Can be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given solutions with integrity and compassion

The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to undertake work, care and support programmes as directed by the class teacher and SENDCo. In this role you will be required to work alongside a pupil with complex special educational needs in 1:1 or small group work situations.
