Join Our Growing Property Services Team at Paradigm Housing Group
Due to significant growth and recent large property acquisition, we’re excited to announce two newly created 12-month fixed-term contracts within our Direct Labour Operation (DLO). We’re looking for experienced, multi-skilled plumbers who are passionate about delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do
Carry out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance tasks to a high standard, aiming for first-time fixes.
Multi-Trade experience, including Carpentry/Kitchen/Bathroom fitter experience is preferred.
Represent Paradigm professionally in customers’ homes, ensuring a respectful and courteous approach.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, reporting any concerns promptly.
Manage van stock efficiently and minimise material waste.
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
Support apprentices and team members with guidance and mentoring.
Participate in our on-call rota to provide essential out-of-hours support (not essential)
What You’ll Bring
Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Carpentry or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a plumber, with additional skills in carpentry, ideally including kitchen and bathroom fitting, door hanging, and general woodwork repairs.
A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
A sound understanding of health and safety practices.
